Redeployment Agent
Talk to every finishing contractor before a competitor does
The problem it solves
A consultant on assignment has already been vetted, already been paid by a client, and already has a recruiter who knows them. When the assignment ends, most firms find out from the timesheet system a week later, by which time the consultant has taken a call from someone else. The redeployment rate is usually a number nobody tracks because nobody wants to see it.
What the agent does
- Watches end dates from your ATS and timesheet system, including extensions that were agreed verbally and never recorded
- Flags every consultant finishing in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, ranked by bill rate and by how many open or forecast reqs they could fit
- Matches against live reqs and the pipeline your account managers mark as likely, using skills, location, rate and client rules, not keyword overlap
- Drafts outreach to the consultant and a nudge to the account manager, in your firm's voice, and logs both against the candidate record
- Reports weekly: finishing, contacted, redeployed, lost, and why
Guardrails
- Nothing is sent without a person or a rule that person configured. Default is draft-for-review.
- The agent writes to your ATS as a named integration user, so every action is attributable.
- Client non-solicit terms and consultant do-not-contact flags are read from the ATS and honored.
A typical build
| Week | Work |
|---|---|
| 1 | Data access, ATS and timesheet integration, end-date model agreed |
| 2 | Matching logic built against your real reqs; recruiters review the first matches |
| 3 | Outreach drafts, ATS logging, account-manager nudges |
| 4 and on | Parallel running beside your current process, then handover and the first weekly report |
Timelines like this are typical, not contractual; your ATS, your data hygiene and your team's availability set the pace.
How we work with you
- Hourly, time and materials. Senior US engineers billed by the hour, as a project engagement or staff augmentation, with scope agreed in writing before we start.
- Payback analysis first. Before any build, we work out with you what redeployment-rate improvement would cover the cost at your bill rates. If the number is not plausible, we say "not yet".
- The person who scopes writes the code, and answers the phone during the parallel run.
What it is not
- Not a sourcing tool and not a job board integration. It works on people you have already placed.
- Not a CRM. It writes into your ATS rather than beside it.
